Delete your account
Use this page to request deletion of your Bext360 account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Bext360 Origin mobile app and the Bext360 web application, which share one account.
How to request deletion
Choose either option. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

In the Bext360 Origin app you can also reach this page from Settings → Delete my account.
What happens next
- We confirm the request by email to the address on the account, to make sure it is really you.
- We deactivate the account immediately on confirmation, so it can no longer be used to sign in to the Bext360 Origin app or the web application.
- Within 30 days we delete the account from our identity provider and remove the personal data associated with it, and we email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in identity (email, password, and any linked Google or Facebook login).
- Your profile: name, phone number, job title or role, gender, date of birth, national identification number, and profile photos.
- Device and diagnostic information held against your account.
- Data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
What may be retained
- Supply-chain records. Events you recorded on behalf of your organization (for example a harvest, transfer or quality check, with its location, time and photos) belong to that organization's traceability ledger. Traceability and regulatory record-keeping rules can require the organization to keep those records for up to five years. Where possible we remove your name from them so they no longer identify you.
- Public ledger entries. Some records (lot identifiers, quantities and cryptographic hashes) are written to a public blockchain to make them tamper-evident. Those entries contain no names or contact details and cannot be altered or removed by anyone.
- Legal and security records. We may keep limited information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts managed by your organization
If your account was created by your employer or cooperative, that organization's administrator can also remove it from within the Bext360 web application. Requests made here are honored regardless.
