For companies certified under ISCC, 4C and other schemes

Keep your certificate. Cut the cost of proving it.

Bext360 collects the evidence once, at the restaurant, the soy plot and the plant, seals every handoff, and checks the same lots against EU RED III, the German GHG quota, the UK RTFO, EUDR, US §45Z and CORSIA before the auditor arrives. Your certification stays where it is. The work around it shrinks.

Step through the routes

Three routes. Two lots that stop.

Pick a route, then move through it step by step: tonnes in and out, carbon intensity in gCO2e/MJ, the ids each mandate asks for, the documents held, the ledger seal, and which requirements that step proved. The two contrast lots show what happens when the evidence is not there.

Why this route: UK RTFO guidance: for used cooking oil the origin is the restaurant, not the collection point or the plant. Origin evidence has to reach the restaurant.

Ethica · the regulation compiler

AI reads the law. A person signs it off.

AI extracts obligations with verbatim quotes; an analyst approves each one. The checks on your lots are plain rules over the data you hold, each traceable to an article.

Being built on these five texts now. Extracted obligations stay marked unreviewed until an analyst accepts them; no lot is judged by an unreviewed rule.

  1. 1

    The official text goes in

The consolidated regulation from EUR-Lex, legislation.gov.uk, gesetze-im-internet.de or the Federal Register, with its source address and version date.

  2. 2

    AI extracts each obligation

Each obligation comes back with its article and the exact words it rests on. A quote that is not word for word in the source text is rejected.

  3. 3

Mapped to the data you hold

Each obligation is linked to data elements: feedstock type, collection point, PoS number, GHG intensity, plot polygon. One element can serve many mandates.

  4. 4

    An analyst approves each one

Nothing is used until a person accepts, edits or rejects it. Until then it is marked unreviewed.

How we help

Save time and effort on your compliance work.

Collect it once

41, not 92

One data set answers RED III, the German GHG quota, the UK RTFO, EUDR, §45Z and CORSIA. On the demo routes that is 41 data elements instead of 92 collected separately.

A complete regulation readiness check

Every rule

We map your volumes against every regulation they touch, RED III, national quotas, the RTFO, EUDR, §45Z and CORSIA, plus the ISCC and 4C requirement sets, and show what is held and what is missing, lot by lot.

Keep your certificate

Same certificate

Certification stays with your scheme and your auditor. What changes is how fast you can prove it, and how much work it takes.

Certification stays with the schemes and their certification bodies; Bext360 holds and checks the evidence.

What changes, what stays

Auditors open the lot, not the binder.

A certificate shows the operator's system was audited. The questions now arrive per consignment: which restaurant, which drum, which plot, and does the mass balance hold. Bext360 answers them from the lot itself, so you keep your certificate and stop rebuilding the same evidence for every audit and every mandate.

  • Your rulebooks, already compiled

Requirement sets for ISCC EU, the ISCC EUDR add-on, the 4C Code and 4C EUDR sit next to RED III, EUDR and the fuel mandates, each requirement tied to its clause.

  • The first mile, on the lot

Restaurant, container, tonnes, GPS, time and photo captured at the source, offline, and sealed before the next handoff.

  • Mass balance, stage by stage

No stage can claim more than went in. A consignment without collection-point evidence is held before it is blended.

  • Grow without new spreadsheets

New country, commodity or regulation: AI compiles the text into reviewed requirements and the data you already hold is reused. Fuels, coffee, cocoa and gold run on the same platform.

Schemes are named to describe the requirement sets Bext360 carries. No endorsement or partnership is implied; certification stays with the schemes and their auditors.

  1. Keep your certificate. Cut the cost of proving it. For companies certified under ISCC, 4C and other schemes: evidence collected once at the source, sealed at every handoff and checked against every mandate before the auditor arrives.
  2. What changed: one litre is claimed under six mandates; the weak link is the first mile, the restaurant, the drum and the collection point; growth means new rulebooks.
  3. Collect once, at the source: container, tonnes, GPS, time and photo, captured on a phone, offline. Screenshot of the Bext360 Origin app verifying a used cooking oil pickup.

  5. Mass balance at every stage: no stage claims more than went in, checked in tonnes, lot by lot, against RED III Article 30 and Implementing Regulation 2022/996.
  6. Hold it before it is blended: 480 tonnes of used cooking oil offered with no collection-point evidence, held, with the missing requirement on the lot.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Is this real fuel?

No. The organisation, sites, lots and documents are demo data in a Bext360 demo account. The regulations, articles, thresholds and dates are real and link to the official texts. The ledger seals are real transactions on a public ledger.

Do I have to leave my certification scheme?

No. You keep your certificate, your scheme and your auditor. Bext360 is the evidence underneath: collected once, sealed at every handoff and checked against every regulation before the audit.

Does Bext360 certify fuel?

No. Certification stays with the voluntary schemes and their auditors, and claims stay with the registries (Union Database, the German quota office, the RTFO operating system, the IRS). Bext360 holds the evidence, checks it against each rule and shows what is missing. We say "evidence held" and "readiness", never more than that.

Why three routes?

Because the mandates do not overlap neatly. Used cooking oil is outside EUDR but needs restaurant-level evidence for the RTFO. Soybean oil is inside EUDR. Since 2026 §45Z only credits North American feedstock. Three routes show all of it on one data model.

What does "one lot, two answers" mean?

A lot of Brazilian soybean oil offered to a US SAF plant. Under §45Z it cannot earn the credit, because the feedstock was grown outside the US, Mexico or Canada. Under CORSIA it can count, because it carries its plots, its mass balance and a life-cycle value more than 10 % below 89 gCO2e/MJ. Same evidence, two regimes, two answers.

Where does the AI come in?

In reading the law, not in deciding a lot. The regulation compiler extracts obligations from the official text with verbatim quotes, and an analyst approves each one before it is used. The checks on each lot are rules over the data you hold.

Demo data. Organisation, sites, lots, people and document numbers are invented for this demo; regulations, articles, thresholds and dates are real (researched 8 Oct 2026, re-checked before publishing). Nothing here is a certification, a registry entry or a tax position.
